Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo (if signing in with Google).

Tour Data: We store the tour information you create, including dates, schedules, venues, contacts, hotels, guest lists, advance details, and uploaded documents.

Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage data to improve the platform, including pages visited, features used, and error reports. We use PostHog for analytics and Sentry for error tracking.

• To send transactional emails (advance emails, invitations)
• To improve the platform based on usage patterns
• To diagnose and fix technical issues

• All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Database access is protected by Row Level Security policies
• File uploads are stored in private, authenticated storage buckets
• Server-side secrets are never exposed to the browser
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only with:

• Supabase (database and authentication hosting)
• Vercel (application hosting)
• Sentry (error tracking)
• PostHog (anonymous usage analytics)
• Google (if you use Google Sign-In)

You can:

• Access all your tour data through the platform
• Export your data via CSV or calendar downloads
• Delete your account and all associated data from Settings
• Contact us to request data deletion

We use essential cookies for authentication. Our analytics tools (PostHog) may use cookies to track anonymous usage. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
