Terms of Service

Greenroom is a tour management platform for tour managers, production managers, and their crews. We provide tools for scheduling, advancing, guest list management, document storage, calendar sync, and crew collaboration.

You must create an account to use Greenroom. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Create accounts for others without their consent
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

Greenroom offers free and paid plans. Paid features require an active subscription. Pricing is listed on our website and may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Free crew access is included with all plans — crew members invited to a tour can view schedules and submit guest requests at no cost.

You retain ownership of all tour data you create in Greenroom, including schedules, contacts, documents, and guest lists. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data as needed to provide the service.

You can export your data at any time via CSV export or calendar download. You can delete your account and all associated data from the settings page.

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files or code
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or scrape the platform
• Use the platform to harass or harm others
• Overload the platform with automated requests

Greenroom is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for data loss — we recommend keeping your own backups of critical tour information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenroom and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
